The unitized curtain wall system is usually applied on the buildings which have a uniform exterior wall design. As a widely applied system, it has many advantages:
1. The unitized curtain wall panels are completely assembled in the production center so as to control and ensure the overall quality of the product.
2. The custom design adjustable three dimensional wall-mounted and floor brackets ensure the accuracy of installation.
3. Applying unitized curtain wall enables the curtain wall production and site construction to proceed simultaneously and shorten the construction period considerably.
4. The unitized system design provides “flexible skin” which enables the curtain wall to withstand building movement and thermal movement .
5. The unitized system design provides an effective water drainage system and a pressure-equalized system.
